What is something that keeps you going in educational field?

I've been feeling unmotivated lately, so I want to ask you guys about your inspiration to be teachers. What got you started, and what's keeping you going until these days? Had anything changed in your mind?

I'll share mine, there's a good feeling happening when I convey my knowledge to someone and they go "Ohhh, I see." That's probably my top 'why'. But the road to becoming a teacher consists of many things and it's somehow challenging for me to adjust. So the things that still get me up every morning (or noon) is a bunch of collaborative works and my family's support that made me think I can't go back to step one at this point.

Because my family is everything for me. I want to make them happy and not work hard. For real I’m not sure about my future, I will be the teacher or not. It's hard to know. I just do everything and do my best. My future will be changed, who knows.

One thing that keeps me going in the educational field is the impact I can have on students' lives. Seeing them grow, improve, and achieve their goals motivates me to keep pushing forward. The opportunity to inspire and help others gain knowledge and confidence makes all the challenges worth it. Watching students succeed gives me a deep sense of fulfillment and purpose.

What made me going studies in this field was because of my parents. I wanted them to be proud of me that I could graduate with a bachelor's degree and become a teacher. I would not disappoint them. I had to graduate because they were waiting for me to receive my degree.

Is it possible to say there is “nothing”. I just don’t know what I should do for living. I decided to study here just because I don’t know what to do and my family are educators. Education system in Thailand is not only about teaching. It beyond than that so it ruins our passion.
