How to wake up early every day if we go to bed late every night?

Right, how can we? Personally, I am a person who usually get very little sleep, so I might not be able to offer that much advice. However, when we get older, we will get less time to sleep. We do not know the how to, we only know that we need to do it. It might not be appropriate but for me, I skipped my GE class just to get some sleep. I will try to organize my schedule to finish everything as fast as possible, so I can get some rest. Also, we have to accept if we want to take some sleep, we need to skip somethings, such as eating, exercising, going to the mall, or activity that interacting with people.

For me, I get up early every day but I didn't wake up. Even though I stay up late I still get up late. If you want to wake up early you have to set your schedule each day. What do you need to do each day? But I think it's better if you stay up late. You should sleep enough it's make your body feel fresh. If you don't sleep enough it would affect your body and your mental health. So you should sleep enough.

I usually set up my alarm for waking up early. I've set the alarm every 5 minutes from the time I have to wake up until 2 hours later. This helps me wake up on time while I stay up late. It works for me very well and helps me go to class on time.

It is possible to do that by forcing yourself to wake up and do necessary things that you have to do in the morning, for example doing exercise, taking brush and taking a shower. Taking a cold shower really helps you being alert even if doing it a few minutes, but it is hard to do that especially the cold weather. You will think a lot before doing it. The best solution is think only one time and take an action immediately.

Set the alarm so even if you don’t want to wake up, you will need to wake up to turn it off so it won’t interrupt you. You may set a lot of alarms for waking you up. I always set the alarm for every five minutes so I can get up from my bed.

I used to be like that, so I would like to share to you how can I survive although I get less time to sleep in a day. I am a person who like to plan my life everyday or we call “to do list”. Then, I prepare myself to do everything I want to do in each day. I’ll take time to it, but the most reason I think I can find time for taking a nap or 1 hour before start something. For example, if we have class in the morning 9-12 a.m. after finish class is the lunch time, I won’t go to have lunch, I will go to my dorms to take a nap for a hour. And I will comeback to afternoon class. This ways can also help me to refresh when I didn’t get enough time to sleep.

I just wake up with no choice. I hate every morning even I go to bed early I still hate it. So going to bed late and wake up early can't hurt me. That is how I deal with feeling but about how can I wake up obviously I set the alarm. Hope it help you.

I have no idea about this topic, but let me answer. When I stayed late at night, and tomorrow, there is a class at 9 a.m., I always stayed awake until it’s 6 a.m. It’s bad for my body, but if I missed the class, I may get an F again, so it’s worth, I think. Actually, it’s not. Our body has to be the first choice we care.

It’s hard to do that because you will spend less time to rest yourself. If you always wake up early no matter what you sleep late, you can wake up early. Your body will remember your routine for example, I slept at 2 am but around 6 am I wake up by myself because I always wake up at 6 am. You can try this method. In other hand, you can set your alarm clock to wake up yourself.

If I have to wake up early but last night I stayed up late. I have no choice but to wake up late. I just wake up event though I wanna sleep more. I usually set the alarm clock. When I hear the alarm clock then I get up as normal. But also many times I stayed up late but the next day luckily I do not have to wake up early it’s so lucky for me.

For me, It's not easy to wake up early when I go to bed late at night, but have to wake up. I set a lot of alarm clocks because I think I will wake up then I will turn it off.
I'm very slowly when I'm not sleep enough. I often use the last 5 minutes to sleep again before I take a shower. TT I know that It's not a good way.

For me, waking up to go to school in the morning is very difficult, but I think that with our duties, we have to make it a habit. Since I live at a new campus, I have to leave time for wake up, shower and get dressed. Most importantly, I have to leave time for drive to the old campus. No matter how late I went to bed last night, I have to wake up early to go to school. And if I have time, I will find a chance to take a nap during the day.
