I'm scared that I won't be able to do what I want because it's outside my comfort zone. I’m a dreamer with things I want to do, but I haven’t started yet. I’m afraid I won’t do it well and that I might not enjoy it anymore.

Yes, I have. As a person who loves to make plans, I always think of the worst case. So, sometimes, when I think about that it makes me feel a little bit scared. However, after I realize it is not anything I can do more, my stress is reduced. Like we should not waste our time to make us unhappy. Take some sleep, prepare yourself to deal with the thing that will happened. However, I know that action is harder than words, but if you can let it go it will be good for you.

I would say this thing happend to me most of the time that I have to try something new. I like to overthinking about the thing that did not happend. I uesd to think of the possible way how it is going to happend even it was not that bad like I think. I cannot controll my mind to not to think or scare about it too much. For now, I am trying to not scare too much and just think of let it happend.

Surely yeah. I always scared of my performance when I have to do peer teaching. But the thing that I scared of the most is when I graduated. I have no idea if I will be able to pass the exam or not. For this reason, I have to start reading books for such a thing. Another thing that I scared of is a life of my cat. She’s kind of old right now.

I’m anxious, afraid that things won’t turn out the way I hope, and I fear that I won’t do well. I’d be really upset if that happens. Yes, I've ever scared of something that I haven't done yet. This is because I think that the results would turn out bad, so I'm scared of it and choose not to do it. Sometimes, I overthink about it too much, causing me to loose a chance to do it. However, many moments that I thought it would turn out bad, in reality, it's not like what I had thought.

A lot, mostly when I have to do peer teaching or presentation. I always be a pessimistic person who do not believe in myself at all. I always think ahead of time about bad things that are likely to happen with all fear in my soul. It distract me a lot because I always scared and worried about it and it affect my self-esteem for sure. My friend help me with this problem a lot by taking my to the temple so that my mind can rest and be more calm. It works, but only at the time when I was in the temple. When I went out, I got back to my old track.

I want to tell you that I am an overthinking person. I like to think ahead that the result of everything going to be bad, like when I take exam and I don’t know the score yet but I think ahead that I’m going to be failed or having bad score. It’s not good to being this, like panic in everything but I know that I don’t need to think about the future, just think only present or now but I can’t do that.

So, I always scare the thing that I have not done yet. Especially the things it’s about study and money because I always worried about this. I want to have a good great in studying and have a bright future.if I don’t study hard I think that I’m not gonna successful in life. Yes, I have. I‘m always scared of things that have not happened yet. (like tasks, assignments or projects) 🥶🥺 My mind tends to imagine the worst case scenarios. This is annoying me sometimes. However, I have been trying to focus more on the present. And I think it getting better!
