Yes, of course! I think being a leader is a good thing because it can help you to be more responsible and can help you about how to manage the time. Being a leader is not easy but it’s not hard too, you have to think about the public not only yourself and also have reasons when you do something. I think everyone can be a leader!

I was always chosen to be a leader. I don’t know why I am always the leader.
Maybe I can manage and plan work well? I think the first quality of a leader is responsibility and fairness.
My friends always say, "You are a trustworthy person."

When I was young I neverwas a leader but when my first year I became a leader because I just wanna try to be. Being a good leader has to have a lot of responsibility and I have to control my emotions and talk to every person with kindness. It was so hard for me. I don't even know what are people thinking when I was the leader but I think that I know is I try my best.

Of course, I have experience because I’m leader for 3EN Sec1 now. Being a leader is not easy for me, I’m usually more of a follower. I’m a leader who listen to everyone’s suggestions and not take only own opinion.

For me, I never had experience in being a leader before. Until, I studied in the first year I had opportunity to receive the duty. I think it's not easy to make everyone satisfied.
It had many lesson that I learned for this duty to improve my skill. TT It's not good, and It's not bad for me.

I have. I think it’s not that hard to be the leader if we have good teammates and if we have a good communication with them. But now, I am not in the state of what I have said. I don’t know if I can completely say that I am a leader, but almost of the task, the one who makes it done is me. I think I can say I have done more than 60% of tasks. I have no idea what they can do if there is no me in that fucking research group.

I can say that I am having experience right now. At first, I think I can’t be a good leader, because I know myself that I can’t be. I have no leadership. I can’t lead anyone even myself. But now, I change my mind. I still a bad leader , but I have learned so many things. I don’t brave enough to contract with teacher or friends in a big group. I feel really uncomfortable to exited in the big group. But when I am a leader, I have to choose between contract teachers or let’s all the classmates clueless and miserable with works. So I choose to get out from the fear and try any way to inform everything that I can inform to my classmates.

Yes I have. But I’m not a leader in the real role. I’m a leader behind the real leader. I never controlling, the real leader doesn't understand me wrong. At that time my friend was the leader of class and she always asked me first before she told everything to our class. I’m a supporter but for my friends I’m a leader because I can manage time to work and have a good rest. Actually I never never never want to be a leader, I prefer to be a follower. And I don't know why the leader in the past always trusts what I say.

I just became a section leader last semester. At first, I didn't want to, but I learned a lot about how to handle different situations and take on more responsibility. But personally, I don't think I did a good job. I might have miscommunicated or not been able to manage my work effectively.

Being a leadership is one of the best things that can show your ability, compassion and power. I am a shy person who has no courage and confidence to speak or do something that makes others obey. That is reason why I have never been a leader. I have seen all of my friends, they have a leadership and can control their authority in good ways. They are good at that.

Yeah absolutely yes! I always was chosen to be a leader for something or maybe I choose myself. I think to being a leader it’s really difficult to control the people or communicate to each other if we have the different opinions we should listen all and decide together. Since I have many experiences about being a leader I always do my best as I can sometimes I do something wrong, but I learn from that things. Lastly, the most important for being leader is responsibility.

I have had that experience to be a leader when I studied at primary school. I’m not good at to be leader but at that time teacher created a schedule to change a leader in each month. I don’t like to be leader. I can’t manage any thing, I’m afraid to be a representative to do anything. If have no schedule to change, I’m not trying to be.

No, I haven't had an experience of being a leader and I don't want to. I think that a person who is a leader is very good at managing their time, and I respect them. Some people from my section have been leaders in some parts of the faculty, and they have to manage their time for studying and be responsible for their duties. This makes me realize that I can't be a leader for sure because I can't manage my time like they do.

I have once when I have GE class last year. I was in Design Thinking class accidentally when all of the members did not do anything at all. Let me be clear, I do not like being a leader at all and I never thought I will be in my life, but in that time I have to do it because I have to. If I did not start doing anything, my score will be bad for sure so it was kind of the force that push me to do it by myself. I start with gave everyone a work to do in different part then I collected it at the end. They did not give me any cooperation, so I had to be mean and annoying leader so that they started doing their job.

Yes, I have. I am the head chef of Kru Ing Term Fun Pan Smile. It was a very good experience for me. It has many problems. But I tried my best to solve the problem. which made me know What's good about listening to teammates? I listen to everyone's opinions. Everyone works together very well as a team.
