If I said I listen to Laufey, would you still count that as me listening to jazz? I bet you should, because Laufey calls her music jazz. She once said in an interview that she thinks jazz has some kind of walls that people don't want to break through, or maybe she just means that jazz makes people feel like it’s hard to understand jazz. So she tries to make her jazz songs easier to listen, which means I can say I listen to jazz, right?
