Yes, I do. I always turn on the light when I sleep. It becomes my habits since I was in high school. I usually feel a bit scared when everything’s dark and I don’t like that feeling. I don’t like when I couldn’t see anything when I wake up in the middle of the night so I decide to turn on the light every night to see what happens in my room.

Normally I don’t but sometimes that I feel scared with something I will turn on light in the balcony it’s help me a lot to don’t feel scared so much if I turn the lights but the bad thing it’s a bill for this month because I used it more and it made me to play bills more but in Normal day I think turn off lights help me to sleep better than turn on lights.

Yes, I do. Personally I can sleep with no light and with light. I prefer to turn off the light more, it will comfortable and make good atmosphere when I sleep.
Sometime I watched a scary think if I turn off the light that means I can't see it.

Yes, I always turn on the lightwhen I sleep alone because I can go to toilet easily. When I go to bed to sleep, I use to bring my blanket to cover me for light. I can sleep without light, but because of my habitube, I always do this everytime I go to sleep.

No, I don't. I would like to sleep without any light. But if I sleep alone and feel scared from something, especially ghost. I will pay respect to Buddha before going to bed and sleep. Moreover I will find some dolls and put them around me and imagine them to be like protectors for me.

Personally, I always turn on the light while I'm sleeping alone because the room is so scared without no lights. With the light, I can feel more comfortable and get sleep more easily because I can see everything around me. The another option that I use instead of the light is to turn on the TV because it has lower brightness and making some cozy noise, so this is the best option in my opinion.

No. Every time before I go to bed, I usually turn off the lights because I dislike bright lights when I'm trying to sleep. Personally, I think that when we sleep, there shouldn't be any light disturbing our eyes, as it can make us wake up more quickly. I would say I sleep deeply, so I definitely don’t want anything interfering with my vision.

No, I never turn on the light when I sleep. Even when I sleep with others or alone, I never turn on. It will easily see ghost if I turn on the light when I sleep. I turn of the light when I sleep, so I don’t have to see ghost clearly. LOL

For me, I will turn on the light only when I fall asleep before I turn it off to sleep, hahaha, which has been happening very often lately, but usually I will turn off the light and sleep because I feel that turning on the light makes the room temperature higher than usual, so I feel that it wastes the air conditioner, the air conditioner has to work harder than usual, so I turn off the light, but for comfort in sleeping, I have no problem sleeping with the light on or off, I can sleep in both situations because I really want to sleep, hahaha.

Yes, I do. I’m really scare of ghosts and darkness, and I always feel unsafe when I stay in the room alone without any lights on at night. And I even usually overthink and feel paranoid when it rains. However, solving this problem by sleeping with the lights on can also make me annoyed because I can’t sleep when the room is too bright. So the best way to relieve my fear is to have someone with me.
