Yes, I believe that. I ever change my habit 21 days and it’s success. I try to early sleep and early wake up for 21 days. After that, I go to sleep and wake up early regular.

I believe that because if we do something day after days and after, it will be like our habit. I have already tried it before. I have tried to exercise for 15 minutes every day for 21 days, and now it's my morning habit already. It's a good way to create a good habit for yourself by only trying to do it for about 21 days.

I don’t because I have never achieved it before. I used to think about trying it, but I cannot. I am a type of person who cannot do such a thing which takes so many times until it becomes habit. But when it comes to education that I have to be strict and responsible boy, I believe in 21 days thing because there are many things that I have changed.

I do believe in this 21 habit theory. I think when I have done something many times, we will understand it more and it might become our habit someday. I trust the word practice makes perfect which means we have to stay focused with something that we want to succeed at and we will achieve it someday but we have to do it to our heart's content. After I have spent time with it, we will get to know it and we will be good at it for sure.

I do believe in 21 days Habit theory and also do believe in changing and continuity. At the beginning, change may seem difficult to do. If you try the theory for twenty days, it will make you see and understand the something. The results will be good you have to do continually. The results will be sweet and worth investing in.

I read many news or some BBC or theories that some people say that 21 days theories doesn’t work with anyone. So I have tried it and it turn out, I couldn’t do or neither make something that great as much as I expected. I think the 21 theory is just not suited me or I just very lazy to do a big changes.

Yes, I do because I once done this before and it works! I plan on running in the morning for a while and make a resolution that I will do it regularly for 1 month. While i was doing this, I realized that I should do it gradually not in a hurry. I finally done that and it was good for my mental and physical health. It was very long time ago since I done this, I want to go back to my old track but being second-year student is really hard to do.

I’m not sure. I’ve heard flirting technique. I tried to text to someone 21 day and think he will text to me in day 22 result is he text to me before day 22. Another one I tried to fold blanket in the morning, I did it for 2 week and I unconscious stop do that. I have no evidence to prove this theory. Maybe I will try again to find answer.

I believe in the principle of the 21-day theory because if we do something repeatedly for 21 days, that behavior will become a new habit. I have also used this theory when I studied for an exam for a month straight, which made me like studying. And when I worked out for 21 days straight, I liked working out.

Yes, I do believe in the 21-day habits theory because doing something for 21 days means your habits have changed for 21 days already. Even though it is stainable or not it changes. So, if you want to change your habit with a strong mind. You can change it for sure.

I don't know how to put it, but I don't have enough patience to maintain that behavior for 21 days if it's something I don't like and have to force myself to do. Eventually, I will give up because I need motivation to keep trying with something. If I don't have that motivation, I will quit to avoid wasting time. Or maybe I just really lack patience.

I believe in this theory very much because there was a time when I wanted to change my behavior to exercise continuously, so I applied this theory and it really worked. I exercised for 21 days straight and after that it became a habit. My health improved a lot because I was sick a lot during that time. But after doing it for a while, I had to stop because I didn't have time.
