Before I went to bed, I would listen to the ghost radio for some sleepy effect, as I always dozed off after the video played for a couple minutes. Brown noise is the one on my list to calm my overthinking. Maybe a little scrolling through TikTok, but this isn't helping because I would keep scrolling until morning.

and then I clean my kitchen and the last one it’s I have to take a break first before take a shower.
