How often do you eat instant noodles?

I am a person who likes to eat instant noodles very often, especially at the end of the month when I run out of money. I save money by buying about 1 pack of instant noodles and after that I have to eat it every day in the morning, evening and at noon.

I like instant noodles but, I actually don’t eat it because it makes me feel bad just like it doesn’t healthy.
But it actually has benefits.They are also low in calories, as compared to most other types of pasta. Instant noodles also help I to feel full for longer because of the presence of fiber and hence control their diet and weight. They also contain vital micronutrients like folate, B vitamins, iron, and manganese.

I like instant noodles, but I lose a lot of my money with the toppings . That noodle wasn't a problem because I bought it and kept it for an emergency hunger. Still, I really need to tell myself that eating a lot of it isn't good for your health, and I know my stomach can't handle that much spice as every noodle that I chose was a little bit spicy.

I am a person who love to eat instant noodles! especially Samyang spicy noodles X2. Some people said eating instant noodles can save your money, but not for me because the noodles that I like too expensive. Eating noodles everyday will cost some effect to my health, but I think it's okay because I love it!

I think instant noodles is not a good and appropriate way to save the money. Of, course, the noodles is cheap, but it’s not good for your health. Some noodles can also be expensive, but it’s doesn’t have so much nutrients!

I seldom eat instant noodle because I don’t like it. I don’t like to eat plain instant noodle and I need more ingredients to make this noodle taste better for me. Even so, I don’t eat it often because I think I could find more nutritious foods than the instant one.

I sometimes eat instant noodles when I feel like I need plenty of sodiums. Since I became early twenties, I found that my taste bud can’t stand with the high sodiums. It’s torture me by drinking all the 1.5 liters of water, but I still thirsty.

Actually NOT, I think instant noodles is not healthy for me but sometimes I need to eat it because I lose my money. The instant noodles makes me feel bloating and get stomachache in sometimes because I like to eat Korean Spicy instant noodles not a normal one, hahaha. I feel good when I eat it but after that I could have diarrhea because my digestive system is not good. To be healthy, don’t eat too much!

I eat instant noodles about two or three times a week.They are very easy to cook,and I like the taste. Sometimes I add vegetables or eggs to make them better. My friends also like instant noodles, so we eat together sometimes. It is a quick meal when I am busy with University.

I haven't eaten instant noodles in a long time. I usually prefer to eat noodle soup at a restaurant instead because I feel that instant noodles tend to make me more thirsty. It's like there's too much sodium in them. However, if I eat them occasionally, it shouldn't be a big deal.

I rarely eat instant noodles. I eat instant noodles when I hungry at midnight or when the restaurant are closed and I can't find any places to eat food. I don't like to eat instant noodles that boil too long. It will change the taste of the soup.

Personally, I rarely eat noodle because it contains a lot of salt which is not good for my kidney. However, this is the best meal for the month that I have to deal with my wallet. If I want to eat a special noodles, I will choose the Korean one with the special topping such as cheese or vegetable.

I eat instant noodle 3-5 times a month. I know that it’s tasty, but it doesn’t good for my health if I eat it too much. I try to avoid it as much as I can. It contains too much of sodium. If it contains too much sugar, it would be acceptable. Hahaha

All the time when ending mouth is comes up. I can eat instant noodles whenever I need like when I am too lazy to go outside because my room is on a high fourth floor. Sometimes it might be late at night and I am hungry I choose to eat instant noodles it is so good to eat it in my extra meal.
