I think it would be good,if Mahasarakhan have Central Plaza. I want this province to have a big department store. Now it's only Sermthai complex, and it's very small. I want to walk in a big department store I'm so bored when I go to Sermthai complex. I want Central Plaza right now.

Yeah, it would be good if we had Central Plaza in Maha Sarakham. No need to travel to Khon Kaen because we have Central Plaza in Maha Sarakham. Sermthai Complex is kind of small when it's compared to Central Plaza Khon Kaen.

Another point is, if you look at the city plan of Maha Sarakham Province, you will see that there is almost no place to build. Every area is like a community, mostly residential areas. Therefore, the city plan must be adjusted first. If you look at tall buildings in Maha Sarakham Province, there are none because the city plan states that tall buildings are almost impossible to build, except for buildings in specific areas of universities.

In my opinion, Central Plaza in Maha Sarakham is not a great idea. Since the problems of water flooded and traffic jam in Maha Sarakham were not find a good management of these. Also Maha Sarakham is a small province. It's so hard to have a huge mall.
