Why does weather affect the way we feel?

Weather affects how we feel because when it’s sunny,we feel more active and happy. But when it’s rainy or gloomy, we feel sad or tired.

In my opinion, I think the thing that makes with affect our feeling is the atmosphere which related to our mood. For example, on a rainy day, the clouds is covered all over the sky making the environment looks a little bit sad. We can feel this way because we connect our happiness with something bright or colourful.

Well, I’m not that sure is my information correct or not. If you want to know more you can search it on Google. According to podcast I used to listen to, the psychology doctor said that weather genuinely affect human emotion. There are so many factors that are the cause of it, such as temperature, brightness, humidity and etc. For example, could temperature and low brightness can affect human mood because human body will release hormones differently. That’s why it affect our mood. It’s about chemical substances in our body.

I think when it feel hot, I will get annoyed easily and when it’s winter or a little windy, I feel like more enjoying my day. When it’s very cold or rainy I will feel sad because I can’t see the sunshine or the light from the sky. That’s why people can feel blue easily during winter season.

I think it’s based on the personality and I can’t decide for them. For me, I thing all weather have affects fro me like, summer I will be crazy because it’s hot. Now I try to adjust myself to follow my emotions to weather.

I think the weather affects our mood or feelings because we perceive it and we adjust ourselves. I don't know what it's called, like blending in with the atmosphere. Like you said, rain can make you feel sad or relaxed. It's a mood that isn't hot or angry. But when you look at it, the weather is hot. I think when it's hot, you feel uncomfortable, so it makes your mood or feelings more easily irritated and angry. The body is part of what makes you feel and express it.

In my opinion, sometimes the weather affects my feelings. I feel relax while raining without thunderstorms. But, if it’s raining with thunderstorms, I will feel scared and not safe at that time.

Sunlight stimulates the production of serotonin, a chemical in the brain associated with positive emotions. When we get enough sunlight, we often feel happy and energized. However, on cloudy or rainy days, we might feel depressed or less motivated.

I think it's not the weather is temperture I think in the sunny day you getting hot you will get angry easily and want to do anything fast becasue you want to go back or find a cold place in the rainy day it's cold and wet so you don't to get out of the bed and become lazy even walk to the toilet.

For me, the weather affects my emotions, especially when the sky is dark or when it’s a rainy day. I feel like I can’t get out of bed and end up in a bad mood all day. I don’t want to go outside, it’s like the color gray is in my mind. However, before winter, when there’s a little bright sunshine, I love to go out and feel happier.
