Of course, I do. I think writing in a journal is a good reflection for me. Sometimes, I learn about the situations I face day by day. It’s a great way for me to take notes. I also love writing in my diary because I don’t want to write too much about my feelings in my journal, I feel more open in my diary since it’s just for me to read hehe.

No, I don't like having to write a diary. I have to say that I personally enjoy writing notes for myself to read alone. But when I have to write for others to read, I feel uncomfortable and often find myself overthinking whether what I write will have any impact on me. If I had the choice, I would prefer not to write a diary at all.
