How do you balance personal life and work or studies?

I managed the time.when I have to go to work I will bring my homework and finish at my work place It’s a little bit exhausting and difficult but I have to do it.

I can manage my life when I have to do my work.
First, I will work hard if it in the work time. And I won’t bring my work back to my home because when I get back to my house it is my relax time.
So the best way to work life balance is to work hard in your office.

Oh! I could say that I still can't manage it well. I still can't balance my personal life and work. I also have a meal while I was working on TRR right now. Kha mu is really yummy. Get to the point! I can do it just something. Like I plan the time and my routine in a day first. I plan how much time is enough for me to take a bath, do my make up, and get ready before work. This is what I can manage to not let it affect to working time.

What I can do is manage my time in life, for example, study time and rest time. After I finish studying, I will try to finish all the work as quickly as possible. After that, I will have time to rest, spend time with myself, do activities that can reduce my stress, such as listening to music or watching movies, etc.
