Have you ever had a mouth ulcer?

I often have a mouth ulcer since I wear the braces. Currently, I have it, it’s very hurtful in my mouth and makes it hard to eat everything including just water. I have had it for two days already I wanna get better but I know it will be better around next week. TT. I wanna eat papaya salad but I can't. Does anyone have a way to make it get better as fast as possible? Please tell me 🥹
