How often do you talk to yourself?

Every time I’m alone, I always ask myself what I did today and why I did it. Sometimes it is a nonsense that I have to tell myself all the time, because I don’t want to make any mistakes. At least I am the one who makes mistakes.

Everyday, especially when I put on my make up or when I take a bath. I’m practicing multitasking. I am a person who can’t even focus on many things. I think it’s important, because I easily forget and can’t concentrate to what I am doing. For example, I have to read the passage and write the answer, but I can’t focus both of them, suddenly I forget the information in the passage when I about to write down the answer. It’s really waste my time to focus just one by one. So I always talk to myself while I trying to do something.

I always talk to myself every single second. I have talked to myself since I was a kid. Someone thought I was crazy because I moved my mouth without sounding. That looks so weird. Nowadays I still talk to myself but I improve. I didn’t move my mouth anymore.

Good question, I often talk to myself a lot because when I was alone, I use it as a way to solve the problems and make decision like it will good or not if I should this one then think about the reasons or the result if I chose, and can be a way to process thought and feelings, reflect on myself or sometimes that I need to do the things that challenge I also talk to myself to encourage myself too.

I would say I talk to myself everyday and most of the time. Not just when I am alone but even I am with my friends. Like when I go to seven eleven to buy something I might say "what should I buy" or " Am I really have to buy it". It might look normal but I say it. I am not just thinking but I say it. Ithink sometimes somone might heard it but that fine(maybe) but I cannot stop it. It just comes out every times when I am alone.

Well, I think I talk to myself everyday. Many times I prefer to be alone, what can I do except talking with myself. I usually work alone, so my team members are just me and myself. We have to discuss things, so I end up talking to myself a lot. Sometimes topics in my mind are really ridiculous, but make me laugh inside I think it is the way to decrease my stress.
