I usually talk to my self. I think talk to myself is something that makes me feel relaxed because sometimes I can’t tell anyone about something that makes me feel stressed. It also helps me to reflect about myself in everyday’s life.

Everyday, all day, all night, every time, every hour, every minute, every second night after night…Just kidding. I am a person who has no faith to believe in myself when I have to do something which is such a big deal. I usually reject my friend’s request when I know I have to be responsible to that deal. For this reason, I always talk to myself for regaining faith.

Actually, I talk to myself almost all the time. Talking to myself in my mind while doing things helps me to focus on what I am doing without being distracted. I think this behavior is very important to our lives because it helps us to be aware of what we are doing consciously, how we are feeling at the moment, what we are thinking about, etc. If we apply this kind of skill to studying, talking to yourself is also a good way to practice presentations and review the overall idea after studying through explanation.

For me, I would say “Plenty of time” that I talk to myself it does weird, doesn’t it? I think when people talk to themselves they don’t go mad or crazy but they just feel safety the most when they talk to themselves. When I talk to myself is when I feel angry or curious about something.

Is it weird if I answer 'all the time'? I always talk to myself even when I have other people with me or not. I talk to myself about what I am doing or about what things are going on at that time. I am not sure if it can help me remember things better because I forgot what happen as always, but it is like the habitual thing I do so I can not deny it. It annoys me sometime, mostly when I have to focus on studying or testing because I an not only talk about what am I doing but the nonsense things which occurred in the past too.

I always talk to myself to listen and check what am I thinking. It’s a good way to remind myself about something that is really important. Another thing is to listen my pronunciation when I’m talking in English because when I speak to myself in English, I can hear how my pronunciation is. I talk to myself very often, like every single day. I like talking to myself in my room alone because no one will hear what I'm talking about. Sometimes, I will talk to myself about conversations in English that I pretend will happen in the future, this is another way that I practice my English skills.
