How to lose weight?

As I’ve researched how to lose weight. 1. Eat food from all 5 food groups, focusing on vegetables and protein not exceeding 2000 calories per day. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Refrain from drinking sugary drinks and soda because they will make you fat, and there is a lot of accumulated fat. Therefore, it is best to drink fruit juice or water instead. 4. Chew food thoroughly. Because chewing food longer will make you full faster. and the body will absorb nutrients more efficiently. 5. Exercise regularly. To help reduce stress and make the body healthy. It also helps reduce the amount of fat and calories. 5. Get enough rest (6–8 hours per day). Getting enough rest helps your body burn energy more efficiently. These are the tips that help to lose weight. For me, the best way to lose weight is to control the amount of food you eat each day to not exceed 2000 calories per day. and exercise regularly. It will help to lose weight more quickly.

From my experience,I eat for normal routine but I always exercise more than 4 times per weeks and I work out for about 2 hours in a day.
The exercises should have cardio and weight training 2 ways in 1 process that would be work. No add more sugar in your blood for effective ways.

I never lose weight before I just eat everything that I want and don’t care about my weight. I think the good way to lose weight is controlling your food and always exercise. If we exercise just a little bit of the day it will be good for our health too.

Calorie deficit is the key.
1. Find your Basal metabolic rate (BMR)
2. Find your Total daily energy expenditure (TDEE)
3. Eat enough calories with balanced nutrients, and exercise with cardio and weight training.

I have lose weight when I work hard, but it wasn’t a good way. I just study all day, everyday. Did the activity everyday like dancing exercise. I have lose my weight around 5 kg. I don’t recommend this way.

I had experiences with losing weight when I was in Grade 10, but the diet was not healthy. I ate only 1,000 calories per day. I felt like I would pass out all the time. So now I've stopped unhealthy dieting. My tip to stay in shape is to eat less than you move.

To be honest, I don't know how to lose weight properly, but I think I can answer this question by using my prior knowledge. Well, my answer is not that complicated. It’s just a simple recommendation. First, I want to ask you “Do you know Buddha?” If you don't know him, I will tell you about how he can get enlightened. The secret method of his is he did a self-mortification. Self-mortification is like doing something to discomfort yourself on purpose. Buddha used to do self-mortification by eating nothing and doing meditation. The result of it is he lost his weight. So, I believe that if we apply Buddha’s method, doing self-mortification we may actually lose weight, but we just have to adapt it a little bit to make it suitable for people’s individual lifestyles.

IF will be the best choice for me, I suggest you do 16/8 it works for me. I used to do it for 2 years ago without knowing cuz I'm too lazy to walk downstairs to buy food. After that, I knew it around 1 year later that it lost my weight 5 kilograms. This way works for me cuz I used to try many ways but it didn't work till IF.

I want to lose fat, but I realized that me "myself" can't do it right now. It will never work if I still get stressed. Now there are lots of things that still make me get stressed.

There are many ways to lose your weight, but I prefer control your eating habits is 90% for losing weight. Because when we eat and we use the power or burn calories. So, that means we have to control it, if we want to lose weight you just eat less than use in a day. Maybe you can eat for 1-2 time in a day, but it must enough with 5 groups of food. Focus on protein more than carbohydrates. Lastly, you can do exercises to help you body fit and firm.

Well, maybe people who ever meet me in person would think did I am in a position to answer this question or not. However I used to lose weight from 60 to 50. At that time, I ate just the main meal, and did not eat snacks. If I want to eat snacks I will reduce the amount of food and eat at meal time instead of eating during the day. At that time I was really love to do an exercise pose called squat. I do it even when I am in the classroom. I squat around 300 times a day. I am really active. I walk a lot, do a lot of housework. Anyway, losing weight was not that hard when compared with maintaining weight.

From my experience, I didn't eat snacks and drinks only water. I exercised sometimes like 1 or 2 times per week and just walking or a bit of running. I eat every meals but increase vegetables in every meals. I think it's good because I can enjoy with food I like such as Shabu or crispy pork and my weight lose from 55 to 50.

I think everyone loses weight differently. For me, I just a little exercise and eat less food. That’s it, I can lose weight and it’s an easy way for me.

My way to lose weight in the past was to eat less food including sugary foods, sweets etc, but now I can't do that and my weight is still going up to this day.

I use IF technique not meaning If you want to eat just eat I do 16:9 eating 9 hours and not eating 16 hours. I started a meal at 12 p.m. and stop before 9 p.m. I drink at least water 2 liters per day, I have 2 bottles 1.5 liters of water to drink. Water is good for physical health about excretion and reduce hunger during a day. I have been trying for my lose weight by these ways.

For me, I never find any ways to lose weight because my weight going to lose by itself. I am a skinny person and lose weight easily, I try to eat as much as I can but sometimes my weight lost! I think, the reason why I am a person who lose weight easily is eating slowly. I always eat slowly and it gets full fast. By the way, I don’t know that much but you can try to chew, eat slowly for lose your weight.

This question is very easy to answer but so hard to do hahaha. I think the normal ways to lose weight are to control eating and exercise at the same time. Right now I cannot lose weight because I eat a lot. I enjoy the food. I also don't like to do the exercise too. So, how possible I lose weight? TT

I will just not eat what I want to eat at night. I will just say no to candies and chips. I will just go playing football or running with my friends. I used to think about losing weight because I am currently getting fat. My pants are so fit. Also, I cannot wear some of my shirts. I am so sad. However, I am too lazy to do exercise.

I’ve never lost weight before, but I’ll share what I’ve learned. First, choose to eat only healthy foods option for fruits and vegetables instead of sweets or snacks. If we have snacks in the fridge, we’re more likely to grab those instead of reaching for fruits and vegetables. Second, exercise regularly. And third, avoid eating late at night.

To be successful in losing weight depends on your behavior. Eating behavior is one of the most essential ways that reach you to achieve. You have you choose what will you consume or eat right and eat suitable. Exercise is importance as well but not important as much as eating, exercising with selective eating brings successful to you in losing weight.

My method of losing weight is eat 2 meals a day, not snacking during the day. Control my diet and not eat more than the energy I use per day. Do IF, eat for 8 hours and not eat for 16 hours. And exercise such as cardio on YouTube.
