For me , I lose my weight by exercise ,I like to exercise so much , many when I finish my work and I have time I will go to pool and swimming it make me feel fresh or going to run at Sanamdang . You can eat less it can help you lose weight such as clean food that make you lose your weight and healthy.I can lose my weight very easy , I want to gain weight.

I think there a lot of things you can do to control your weight.
First, you can have a simply start by having some easy exercise!
Next, you can keep dieting or controlling your eating habits.

To be honest, I don’t know! I think it might be diet and do some exercise. I’m far from the way to diet right now. Now, I think I should read the answer on this question and start to think about loose weight again. Thanks for sharing your experience everyone!

For weight loss, I would say exercise is the most important thing for weight loss. Cardio is a good choice of exercise. You don't have to run, but you can use brisk walking to exercise. But the most important thing that I have found to be true about exercise is that eating a healthy diet that is low in fat and sugar will help you lose weight faster.

I think you need to eat the nutrients food. Next, you need to exercise to gain the muscle. Last, you need to drink a lot of water and also consume a lot of vegetables.
