1 way to relax after I get stressed, I just sleep on the bed and watch movies or sometime find something food to eat. Actually, first thing when I get stressed, I just cry to release it. After that, I just do something that make me happy.

Doing something that you like is the best way to reduce your stress. Because when you get stressed you won't have motivation to do anything but you should realize some things that you like to do. Maybe, listening to music, eating delicious food, talking with your friends, or staying calm, and etc. I think if you do something you like it can make you feel better.

After i got stress, I would go to take a shower. I have read a book and it says that if when think we have a stress, we have to go to take a bath nad that will make us feel better from the stress. I have tried by myself when I got stress and I think it works for me. Taking a bath with cool water would make me feel fresh and feel relax from the things that make me feel bad on it. I wouldd recommend this way to help everyone feel relief from the stress.

Beforehand, I think sleeping is a good way when we get stressed. But now I think I just let them do whatever they can. Don’t worry too much, just let it go. It will be better soon. Don’t put yourself too deeply in stress. It has many things that are waiting for us to do it. keep going.

Walking to somewhere. Let your stress goes out by walking. Walking until you feel tired , then you go to the bed and sleep. That's my way to get rid out of stress.

The best way that I always do when I get stressed is sleeping all day!!!
I often do when I get stressed, and I don't want to talk with anyone.
I think when I have energy enough I will forget what I stressted with.
I confidence that I know myself more then anyone. I know what I want to do at that time.

For me, I enjoy sleeping without thinking about anything or eating snacks that help me focus only on the moment. It may seem boring, but it really helps me reduce stress.

In my opinion, one of the best ways to relax when I’m feeling stressed is to play a video game. I find it really fun, and it helps me forget about my worries.

One way for release stress is playing with pet.
I feel relaxed when I hug my cat and dog. Also my beloved.
I have many ways to relax myself depending on my emotions.
If I choose one I will use this way which is playing with my lovely pet.

If I have to choose just one method, I strongly believe that crocheting absolutely helps me relieve stress. Like I said, it helps lower my stress levels by making me to concentrate and focus only on my work in front of me. Can I add another method that helps me relieve stress? It's exercise. Of course, it’s hard, tiring, and exhausting, but when you're exercising, you don’t even have time to think about the things that are bothering you! However, if you're feeling stressed, try to find the reason and see if you can solve it. Remember, you are the only one who can help yourself no one else can help you unless you ask them for help.

My way to relax and solve my stress problems is not to touch the phone ,check social media ,and sleep. No matter how bad things were today, sleep made me feel good for a while. When I wake up and am in a good mood, I will go back and fix the cause of my stress.

Watching my favorite YouTube channel helps me to relax from stress. It makes me enjoy myself while watching the video. I can say that it makes me forget about the stress. If I feel lower of stressed I will be better.

I would choose to scroll through TikTok to relax after I get stressed. There are many funny videos that can make me laugh, which helps forget about the things I've been stressed about for a moment. I can spend time on TikTok as much as I want or maybe until I can completely forget about my stress. After doing that for a while, I will be stressed again and then I will try to solve it.

For me, way to relax after I’m feeling stressed is eating every thing I want that why my gain weight because I always stress. I think eating is the most easy way to help me relax. It’s given a happy, enjoy feeling and fully in physical. But I will find another ways to decrease a risk to makes me fatter.

For me, I would go to sleep for sure. I know that I would be really tired and sleepy from doing something that makes me feel stressed. I would just lie down and not think anything else. Sleep and dream about something that wouldn't happen in reality. This is my way to relax myself, just sleep because dreaming is the best way to not overthink.

Sitting down and talking with a friend is the best option for me. I think when we are stressed, having someone to listen to us can help ease the problems we are facing incredibly.

There are many ways to relax after stress such as eating, exercising and sleeping if it has to choose, it would be eating. Eating is the way which allows you forget everything like stress. We can release stress through eating, chewing it makes you feel better.
