For me, the way to reduce angry emotion from situations that I don't like is about staying calm in the moment and trying to think positive. I will always try to rationalize what I'm angry about so I can understand where it's coming from, or if I really can't control my emotions, I will just walk away from the situation and deal with my feelings.

First step deep breathing and counting number in my mind.
I really sensitive person that why I really aware of my word before say to others.
Lastly, I like to drink water that can help me a lot sometimes you just hungry lol.

When I get angry, I try to walk away and not continue the conversation for fear of being harsh or hurting the other person because of my angry words. I spend time doing things I enjoy like playing games or sleeping to relieve my anger. When I feel good, I will go and negotiate with the other person about what caused the incident, whether it can be fixed or not.

Badminton courts is the best way for me to reduce bad emotions because at that place have many people to talk with.
And the other way is hit it with the racket that you hold on just hit it… trust me… I used to try.
Talk with other who don’t know anything about you is the best advice for me.

Actually, I reduce my angry emotions through my tears. When I get very angry, my tears automatically fall down my cheeks. One thing that makes me feel angrier is that I can’t say anything when I cry, and this makes me look weak. So the strongest way to reduce my anger is to stay quiet and be calm in order to stop my tears.

Personally, I deep breathed and don’t say too much. If I say something too much when I’m angry I will can’t control my emotions. Sometimes, I stay silent and try to calm down.

When I am angry I try to be calm and not talk just like am not focused on it. Or I can say I ignore the thing that makes me angry. If I am in a situation, if I am angry I usually walk away from that because I think if I am not still there I will be a headache.

When I'm angry, the best thing I can do is talk to someone, which is my mom. I usually tell her about my anger, who caused it, and sometimes cry. Sometimes it helps, but sometimes it doesn't, so I just take a deep breath and scream in silence.

Normally, I usually express my angry by typing in my personal account in X application. My latest incident that I felt angry and I couldn’t control my feeling because of menstruation, so I cried a lot. At that moment, I found that crying can reduce your angry.

To reduce my anger, I usually just stay still and quiet because I don’t want others to experience my bad side when I’m upset. I don’t get angry at people very often, but when I do, I just keep calm and hold back my emotions, and eventually, it passes on its own.

For me when I have anger I will not do anything just sleeping. Because if I do simething when I have anger it always come out weird results. So O decide whe I have anger I will just sleep and anotherr day the anger will released.
