The method I used for boosting my energy in the morning is taking a long hot shower. It helps me to relax myself, but I stay in the bathroom for too long though.

Turn on the music! It is the best way to boot my energy and motivate me to change into the cheerful mood. And of course, I always listen to dance music not the sad song because I trust that kind of music and effects your mood.

I always do the exercise in the morning before I go to the University it’s make me feel good, fresh and ready for a day. I think you go to bed late you will feel sleepy don’t to do anything.

I would like to choose my energy drink iced green tea. Green tea has caffeine to boose my energy from morning until bedtime. Lol. For real, I can't boose my energy I take a nap in the morning class. Noooo just kidding. If I drink green tea is enough.

First, I set alarm 2 times. First time is 30 minutes before the exact time to wake up. It could help you to prepare for the second round. The second round is exact time you want to wake up. When I wake up, I will try to watch the time or wash my face. Then brush my teeth. After that, eat some carb, because carb gives me enough energy to ready for the morning activities. It can give energy for people who like to exercise at the morning too.

What motivates me to have the energy to live each day is to tell myself what is the goal of my life. If I can manage my time each day well, I can pass each step of my goal.

I boost my energy in the morning by drinking coffee. It helps me wake up, stay focused, and feel ready for the day. sometimes I do low intensity cardio in the morning to boost my all-day energy.

I usually boost my energy in the morning by taking a shower and watch some videos about my favorite BL couple. This could make my emotions in the morning become better than usual lol. However, this is how I survive each day.

Every Mondays, I talked to myself every morning that, If you don't wake up your future will not happen and your family would disappoint that you have no future. Here’s the thing that I always talked to myself every morning.

I usually turn on my favorite songs to boost my energy. Listening to my favorite songs can make my day happy and feel better. The song that I open in the morning need to be good meaning, and I avoid listening sad song in the morning.

For me, drinking water is something that makes me feel refreshed in the morning. So, for me, booting energy in the morning is starting with drinking water. Another way, if necessary, is to listen to fast music. Fast music will make your heart rate faster, which will make you feel more alert. This is one way to make us feel more refreshed.

Actually, in the morning I always boots my energy by going to gym and running around 35-40 minutes. I can do this because my schedule start in afternoon every week except Wednesday, when I have morning classes. I like to run in every morning because I'm not sure if I’ll have time at noon. Plus, after my morning run, both my brain and body feel really refreshed.
