Yes, I would. But I will ask them first like "Why do you want 20 baht ", and if there's a good reason I will give 20 baht to them. Sometimes they're just want to borrow for a moment, because they didn't bring their money or their phone so that's fine if I give 20 baht to them. If they don't have any good reason, I will refuse to give my money to them.
