If you have one hour sleeping left before your important event, will you sleep or not?

Is it a question I ask myself everyday time before I have an important event. I’m the person who has anxiety so I will practice all night until early morning like one hour left before the time I get dress. If I go to bed and close my eyes for one hour to reboot my energy and my brain, I afraid I won’t wake up and fail my important event. However, if I don’t go to bed and keep alert until the event, my entire day will be ruined by sleepy. May be the problem is my unconsidered time schedule.

I think I will not sleep. It's an important event. I will think about that event. If I sleep, I will not sleep well. I will think that if I cannot go to that event on time. How can I deal with that problem. As I am a overthinking person.

I think if it’s so important event I will not sleep because I’m scared that I will wake up late or something that will affect to my important event . So If I sleep it will not good sleep because I will think all the times that sleep that I’m scared of sleep late for me I will choose to not sleep before my important event.

If I have an hour left before an important event, I won't sleep because I want to prepare well before the event. I believe that using this time to review my notes, organize my thoughts, or practice what I need to do can make a big difference. I want to feel confident and ready, and making sure I’m well-prepared helps reduce any last-minute stress.
