The best approach is not to avoid to eat food, but to eat in moderation, get enough rest, and exercise, which is important for weight loss. Managing time for various activities, along with maintaining a positive mindset, helps reduce stress and contributes to weight loss as well.

I don’t have a lot of technique to lose my weight.i just exercise and work out everyday and eat healthy food and diet.don’t eat a lot of sugar.but for me I am thin person I have to gain weight more than lose weight but I have one technique to lose weight is heart broken it’s can help because you don’t want to do anything

I am curious too, if anyone knows please tell me.
I think if we control the meal, we will lose weight, I know but I can’t do it. I am hungry all the time.
Another way is always exercise so, we will healthy.

If I want lose weight fast,I usually eat less snacks and drink more water.Sometime I try to eat healthy food like salad or fruits,but not always.But honestly, I think it’s better to lose weight slowly so it’s healthy.
