I think I can wake up early, but if I have to wake up early for several days in a row, I can't do it.

Yes, it can be difficult for me to wake up early every day. Sometimes I feel tired and want to sleep in longer. I try to go to bed earlier and set a consistent sleep schedule to make it easier. Once I’m up, I usually feel better and ready to start the day!

Yes, it is. I have a problem with waking up too early in the morning. It think it’s because my habits change suddenly when I need to wake up early. I normally wake up late so the system of my body probably doesn’t work effectively as usual.

For me , I think it is hard for me to wake up early every day because I’m sleep so late at nights and it make me to want to sleep more in the morning.I think if I fix my times to sleep it will make me wake up early easier but for now it’s YPT I’ll hard for me to wake up early because I’m sleep late and it’s make me so sleepy when wake up early.

Personally, I think it is very difficult to wake up early in the morning because in the middle of the night, I always stay active and do a lot of things at this time, so it is not good for my health for waking up early. Nowadays, I try to figure my sleeping schedule because I want to go to sleep more early. However, I can do it for more than three day because of the tons of works.

Yes, it is. Waking up early is too hard for me. If I don't have any plans to do for that day I will wake up at 9 in the morning. Sometimes I have some work to do I can wake up early but not everyday. When I wake up in the morning I always want to sleep more and more.

For me, it's difficult to wake up early the forst period. When you have to wake up early for everyday. You are start used to it, and it isn't difficult like first day. Everytime I wake up early, I don't feel fresh, but I have to do to make me feel fresh because I have a class in the morning.

Before lasted Krueng camp, I think it’s very difficult to wake up early to study in the morning. But after that camp, I change my mind. I work in the kitchen, and I have to wake up at 2-3 a.m. everyday. It’s more difficult to wake up early for school. So I think it’s more easier to wake up early for school.

Definitely yess!! I think it must be really painful to wake up early every day when you are already very tired from doing many activities to get through the day. So having enough sleep is very important for our lives because we need a lot of energy to do day-by-day activities and think or plan about them. But in the opposite way, if we can go to bed early and have a full 8 hours of sleep in order to start the day in the early morning, it would be ok. Plus, we will receive the special lively energy and vitamin D that make you active from the sun rays that people who wake up late don’t.

I want to say "No". I wake up early every morning. My parent teach me how to wake up early since I was in primary school until now. My mom don't want me to wake up late, I think wake up early is good for myself because I feel fresh every day. I love to wake up early because I have enough time to do another thing in my life. This topic made me thinking of my middle school life that I can easily wake up early. Since I go to university, I think that’s hard. The class normally starts at 9 a.m., so I wake up around 7.30 o’clock. If I need to wake up before 7, it is might hard for me.

Yes, it is. I don't like to wake up early in the morning every day because I usually go to bed late after midnight. If I need to wake up ealry, I will set of the alarm for 3-4 times.
I can wake up ealry in the morning, if I have the responsibility to do such as doing research and having class.

Yes, it is. For me it is the hardest thing that I do in my routine. I don't like to wake up early. I like to sleep until at noon. It sounds like crazy, but I can do when I am free or do not have anything to do. It the one way to save money like don't have breakfast.

For me, waking up early is not difficult if we have a mission to do, we should wake up, right? For example, if we go to camp and have to wake up at 4 or 5 am, it is necessary to wake up. But on a normal day when I don't do anything and live a sluggish life like Sloth, I wake up late because I don't wake up to create anything useful, so I just sleep. It's not that difficult because I usually wake up at 6 or 7 am even though I have classes in the afternoon, which is okay because I get to prepare the content and do a lot of things.
