How do you stay cool during very hot weather?

During the hot weather, I always stay in the room that has the air conditioner because this is the only thing that gives me away from the hot weather. Actually, I am a person who doesn't like the hot so much, and when the summer comes, I want to go to another country where has the better weather. Moreover, hot weather increase the electricity usage in my house which cause the electricity bill so expensive.

I will open air conditioner or go to the olace that have air conditioner, and stay there. It's help but the electricity bill is very expensive if I open air conditioner. So I open fan for the max level and drink cold water with ice. It doesn't help as much as open air conditioner, but I can save money for electricity bill.

For me ,I will find something to drink like Longan juice or orange juice with ice it will make me feel better after drinking some fruit juice and two of this is my favorite juice especially Longan juice I love to drink it when the weather really hot it’s help me a lot to cool down.

Ohhh! I am sorry, but I don’t have anyway to stay cool if I live anywhere without air conditioner. My body is stinky with sweat every time I am out of the building. Air conditioner is everything. Just live in the room that has an air conditioner. It helps a lot with hot weather.

I cannot stay cool when I am hot because I am a hot person and if the weather is hot, I will get wet all day
and I don’t like when I get wet. I have to go into the room and turn on the air conditioner .

Sometimes, I turn on the air conditioner in my room whole day, and I avoid to do the activity in outside. I don't like hot weather because if I need to go outside, I will use lot of sunscreen, and I also wear lot of clothes that can protect me for the sun. Another, I drink some cool water that help me calm and cool.

This is a very interesting point because we live in a country that is hot 365 days a year and is expected to get hotter because of global warming. My method is to drink water frequently to cool down your body, which will make you feel more comfortable. But if possible, for a dorm, you should choose a room that faces east because the morning sunlight is not as strong as the afternoon sunlight, which will make your room not too hot. Right now, my room faces east, which is better than the room in the west that I used to live in. If you have the opportunity to move dorms or move accommodations, try to choose a room that faces east because it will make you use less air conditioning. This is a solution to the problem of housing.
