In your opinion, what makes a good leader?

In my opinion a good leader should be able to do not everything but most important thing. Can decide a good situation and have a lot of responsibility.

For me, what makes a person to be a good leader is how that person can manage their own people. They need to know the strength and the weaknesses of that person so they can manage their people properly without any problem. However, being a good leader is too hard, it cause you many problems and managing people is difficult.

I am not sure. From my experience, I am not a good leader at all. In my opinion, I have to inform my friends everything I can inform. Don't let anyone miss any information. Try to contact professors. Manage everything, don't waste too much time on manage them. Help every classmate who have a problem. My classmates are good people. They help me a lot. Even I am not a good leader, but they are always supportive.

Oh, that’s good questions. Personally, I think good leader should have empathy and always paid attention to every opinion from followers. Sometimes, leaders may misunderstand between boss and leader and become a bossy person. Good leader should work together with followers, not just command followers to do.

Good leader should contain empathy to understand people though and understand their feelings. Moreover, leader should qualify as a person who has a good perspective to get through any situation that took placed. As you know being leader not easy so, if you need to lead someone to do something you should always consider yourself that you good enough?

In my point of view, the first thing, you have to be a decisive person because you are leader and you have to be reasonable. Second, you should listen to other people’s opinions and advice. Last one for me is you should have responsibility to do your duty.
