If you feel hungry but do not want to eat. Just go to bed and sleep. You have to know how to control yourself that is what you can do in that moment. Controlling yourself to sleep as fast as you can. If you still not sleep, you will can not control yourself and the you probably eat all of things. Please close your eyes.😊

If you are hungry at midnight but you don’t want to eat I will recommend you too sleep. It is the way that I always do because I avoid eating at midnight too. Even though I feel so hungry and I want to eat I won't eat. I force myself to sleep it is so hard to do that but I have to.

From my true experience, when I feel hungry at night, I solve it by ordering the food that I want to eat. But if I need to control myself and not eating, I think I will take a deep breath and count a sheep jumping over the fence, and tell myself that morning will coming soon. Sleep fast, and I can wake up to eat something delicious.

If you are hungry at midnight and don't want to eat, I suggest you drink water and go to bed. Don't watch food-related YouTube videos because you will get hungry. Or watch a movie.

I’ll ask you first. Why you don’t eat food? If the reason is you don’t wanna have more weight, I’ll tell you “Just eat” that have no reason why you don’t eat when your body hungry. But if it’s abt your health, I think you should eat something that is not too heavy on the stomach, example yoghurt or fruit or just water. I hope this advice ca help you. FIGHTING!!

I suggest you drink water and then go to sleep as fast as you can. Then, tomorrow you get up early and go out to eat what you want. Personally, I do not eat at night, so I am not sure if my suggestion can help you or not.

I always hungry at night too and I always go to bed if I felt hungry. I think go to bed late can make you feel more hungry because your digestive system is working. I think go to sleep can help me a lot, don’t think about food and drink water before sleep then fall asleep. Don’t think too much and waiting for next morning to have something to eat!

For me, if I started to be hungry at night, I would drink some milk and eat some bread and then go to sleep. At least I am not that hungry anymore, though. I always bought milk and bread to make sure I wouldn't be hungry at night. I can boil instant noodles, but I have heard that it's not good to eat it at night.

Bruh, you have to answer the question bro, not asking on your own question. For me it is simple, just go to sleep and have sweets dreamt. So if you don't want to eat something you have to drink something then such as hot fresh milk or just regular water.

First step that is very easy to solve it that you have to sleep before midnight. If you do follow by suggestion, you will not hungry anyway because your body will relax. And you use second step that I buy something to eat, that’s all.

I think you mat go to the bed and sleep is the best way to stop your hungry. I used to hungry ay midnight, I try to order food but all of restaurants close. I think the best way to solve my hungry. But I don't want to go to SEVEN. So, I decide to sleep to skip time for breakfast.

For me I am the one who hungry at night and I don’t want to eat anything, So I find the way out by do something like play game, listen to music, watch Moodeng playing with tourists.

I suggest you to eat barbecue or Shabu because they have many nutritious foods.
I think it won’t be good for you to eat after midnight because the system in your body isn’t working properly in the midnight.
You have to sleep before midnight to get healthy.

If you’re hungry at midnight but don’t want to eat, I suggest going to the bed suddenly. Staying up longer will only increase your hunger. If you can’t sleep, I recommend drinking water before go to bed, it will help you fall asleep more easily.

If you feel hungry at midnight the thing you should do is go to sleep. Midnight is the time for resting to heal your body or your health. Eating at midnight is not good to your health and actually can make your health worse also. If you feel hungry at the time for resting you should try to sleep as soon as possible.

I suggest you to order delivery services. If you don’t mind or don’t scared of darkness, you just ride your motorcycle and get your food. I always do that. When I was hungry at midnight, I rode my motorcycle to get food.

I would like to recommend you to go to bed, and then wakre up early in the morning to find something to eat. I think this is the way that you can do, if you are hungry, but don't want to eat any foods at midnight.
I think that you cannot sleep if you are very hungry, I want to tell you that you can find some restuarent on Facebook MSU SHOP to order some food to eat. ><

If I'm hungry at midnight but don't wanna eat food. I will drink water or sleep. I do this two things because it can help me to focus on other things and the I will not be hungry. I do this every time when I'm hungry at midnight.

If I feel hungry at night and don't want eating anything, what I will do is find some music to listen to to help me fall asleep and not focus on the food but focus on sleeping instead.

For me, I recommend you to eat some fruit. It is good for your health. You can eat it at midnight, and you don’t have to worry about your weight and body. You should have some fruits in your fridge, so you don’t have to find fruit in the night.

If you are hungry at the midnight, but you don’t want to eat any food. I would love to suggest you to have a snack and some milk instead of food so you don’t be full too much before sleep. You could eat some dessert to fulfill your stomach either.
