Do you love to spend your time after midnight?

For me I love it because I really like the silent atmosphere after midnight It’s like I can stay with myself for really.but sometimes it not good because sometimes I have to learn 08.00 am in the mornings but I still sleep late and it’s affect to ability to understand the lesson in that class.

For me, I’m not quite enjoying it. It’s true that if we read at this quiet hour it’s perfect timing for you, but I think it’s harmful to my brain because I can’t think clearly when it’s already after midnight. Maybe because I always sleep early, so it’s just like it’s time for sleep now, you can’t think anything else. Even if sometimes I have to stay up late, the limit that I can reach is only 2 a.m. lol.

“The most world quietly time is 01:00-04:00 A.M” I love this period, like the whole world had only me. Personally, I’m the person who always stays up late night. I think this period give me comfort and allow me to think about something more effectively. Not really because I am not a night owl. I enjoy spend time in daytime more because it is the perfect time for my brain and body to be zealous to do things. I once stayed up late until midnight to finish my second lesson with my friends, it was the first time that I stayed up that late so it cause me the effect I never had before. After I finished writing the lesson plan, I went back to my dorm at 3 a.m. by my motorbike. On the way to my dorm, I felt weird because my heartbeat ran very fast that I can hardly breathe. It continued until I sit and rest so it was gone. I was so scared in what happed to me so that I call my friend to stay with me until morning.

No I don't like to spend time after midnight. I think human should sleep before 10 pm I think it will be healthy and not sleepy in during day (for me). But many time I have a lot of work that hard to sleep before midnight because by the time the work was finished it 1 am or 2 am and wake up early. I don't like it so much it make me sleepy during day.

For me, I really love to spend nighttime because the temperature is very good. I enjoy watching series and YouTube videos. I think nighttime makes me relax. I want to spend nighttime as much as possible but I know it’s not good for my health. I have to sleep enough.

For me, I don’t like to spend time after midnight. It makes me feel worried about my health that going to be bad and after midnight my brain is not working already, I can’t do my assignments or something that has to use critical thinking. Moreover, if I spend time after midnight too much, when I wake up in the morning I’m not feeling fresh.

If I have to spend my time after midnight, I think it would be that I have to finish my work because normally I do not want to sleep late at night. Yes, I do enjoy living after midnight. Honestly, I don’t plan to stay up that late, but with all the work I have, by the time I finish, it’s already past midnight. So, my relaxation time, after finishing my tasks and taking a shower, usually begins after midnight. I end up watching TikTok, playing games, watching Netflix, doing everything that feels like a break.

Yes,I’m because I feel that staying at night it’s don’t have much noise and I can focus more than in a day. when it’s don’t have any noise to disturb me. I can watch movie and work more focus.and the weather at night is better than in a day because at night the temperatures it’s cooler than the weather in the morning,afternoon.so I really enjoy and love to spend time at night.

For me, I like to spend after midnight even though it’s affect our health much because in the morning we have to wake up to go to school, and lack of sleep makes our body worse. I don't like to spend time after midnight. I usually spend time after midnight if I have to force myself to be working. I usually pass out (sleep) when it is 10-11 p.m. I can't live over midnight either.
