Yes , I have a back pain when I’m during the college it’s may because I always work and get the office syndrome because I not often take a break if I sit to do my work I can sit for 5-7 hours.and the next reason is I am the cheerleader of ENCI so we have to bent our back every day and it’s pain even though it’s painful but when we see the show that we dance with bent our back it’s just perfect dance.
