Re: What time do you usually go to bed?

I don’t know when I will sleep. Every day I can’t figure out when I’m going to fall asleep. Sometimes I don’t even sleep at all, but for some reason I still manage to get through the day like normally.

I usually go to bed late than 1-2 am. I try my best to sleep early, but unfortunately, I have to work. Someday, I feel really exhausted, I might fall a sleep around 4-5 pm and wake up around 9-10 pm. That’s mean I sleep 2 times in that day.

I usually go to bed after 3 am because I’m a night owl. Night is time to work, relax, and rest. l like living at night, so I stay up late.

Actually, I go to my bed at 10 PM. If I have a lot of work to do, I will go to bed at 12 PM. I have time limit for sleeping because if I sleep late more, I won’t fresh next day.

I usually go to bed around 2 am. Because I am a night owl person, I think my day really starts around 8 pm. I prefer to do many things at night(the things is mean the things that I want to do, did not including work or assignment), so I have many activities to do and it is late until 2 am. At 11 pm. I still feel fresh and do not feel like being forced to rush to go to bed. I always think like I have around 3 hours before going to bed.

Acually, I think the time that I go to bed depends on the works that I have to get it done on that day but lately since I got a cold I have to take more rest to cure myself by going to bed earlier. So like a couple of days ago i went to bed arond 9 - 10 pm everyday. For me, sleeping is really essential and I cannot get energy without sleeping. So, that is why I want to get enough sleep in everyday as much as I can.

11 p.m. - 2 a.m. is the time that I usually go to bed. Then, I go to bed around 10 p.m. - 12 a.m. but now I go to bed later than then because I don’t wanna close my eyes even though I feel tired and sleepy. When I close my eyes my mind it’s not calm
