The lyrics of "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" match the song’s title. It conveys the pain of love and how he cannot move on. He stays in the same spot, waiting for the day she will come back to see him. And the reason he doesn’t move is because he is afraid she might not see him if he does move on. However, it is not exactly like the song, I do not wait for anyone to love me again. lol
