I give up. I’ve been thinking how can I deal with my stress or depressions and my answer is I can’t. I keep run away from it and pretend like I’m OK because I really don’t know how to deal with it. If I feel stressed , I will do something I like for example, painting, watching movies, reading novels and that’s how can I avoiding myself from getting stressed. For depression it’s really hard for me to pretend like I’m OK but I still doing that because if I pretend like I am OK my brain will be like oh it’s OK. It is a little bit problems and I think I get better from that fake solution.

Actually, I don’t really know how to deal with stress and depression either. 😭 But what I usually do is share my feelings and eat with my girlfriend. We go to my favorite restaurants, enjoy the food that I love, and talk about whatever is bothering me. It really help.

I don’t know. it’s my big deal as well. Sooo im here to sneakily read others comments HAHAHAH yas that’s also my biggest problem when i do my presentation and every time I feel I’ve done it wrong or did something wrong I always cried and then I ended up go back to my room and depressed lmao.

For me, when I feel stressed I like to talk with my boyfriend. He always listen to me and being beside me when I feel stressed. If I didn’t talk to my boyfriend, I like to eat something sweet that can make me feel better. I always tell myself, Today is a bad day but it doesn’t mean everyday will be a bad day, tomorrow you will get better.

I deal with those feelings by crying. I always cry it out like this world will suddenly end. Crying is another way to express my feelings and pains. It always works.

I just find something funny to watch and eat delicious food. It can heal me from the stress.
Take time out. Take time to relax. Get restful sleep. Sleeping problems are common when you’re suffering from stress. Try to make sure you get enough rest.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. Try to keep things in perspective. After all, we all have bad days.

When I feel stressed, I often talk with my close friends because that I cannot control my emotional. I think that taking with close friends is one of my options that I will do, if I don't have the ways to solve it.
Sometimes, I will go to bed and spend times to watch movies in my room. There are my way to manage my feeling.

It's hard as my ways with stress and depression are that you've got to put everything down, give yourself a time to think, breathe in and breathe out, maybe talk with someone that you're close with, such as your friends or your parents. I thing they would understand you and help you, but for me, I do some couple steps as I breathe in and out. I cry, let my feelings flood out as I keep bottled up for too long, and then start again.
